**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and repairing facility problems, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:*

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance repair service requests
• Maintain and repair lighting systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Monitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats to maintain standard working temperature
• Perform quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure they meet standards
• Clean and maintain store interior and exterior, including refrigerators and freezers
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure excellent guest service

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Knowledge of maintenance processes and methods
• Manual dexterity and working knowledge of test equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
