Job summary
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer contribute to the PME functions as per indicated in the VCO Accountability Framework.The incumbent may be assigned task such as provide technical support for planning and establishing major research monitoring evaluation activities,
participate management studies support thematic strategic evaluations improve development organizational effectiveness,
formulate IMEPs sound results-based programming process collaborative working relations local partners,
ensure data collection activities include accurate relevant data key activities results including results children,
contribute incorporation M&E tasks IMEPs identified within CO Emergency Preparedness Response Plan anticipate prepare information needs operational modalities emergency consultation humanitarian partners.
