- Xem xét các kiểm soát thay đổi (CC), quản lý rủi ro được ghi chép đúng yêu cầu./Review all the change control (CC), Risk Assessment that taken not as required.

- Theo dõi việc thực hiện các kế hoạch hành động và hoàn tất kiểm soát thay đổi (CC), quản lý rủi ro đúng thời hạn./Tracking actions plan execution and completion change control (CC), Risk Assessment as due.

- Yêu cầu phát sinh gia hạn kiểm soát thay đổi (CC) đối với các kiểm soát thay đổi (CC) không thể hoàn tất đúng hạn./Asking relevant department for raising extension form change control (CC) that can not compete as due.
