This individual will manage Maintenance Technicians to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while maintaining statutory regulations.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate building systems to determine necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Assess facilities to plan work assignments and project schedules.
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with departmental budget estimates and costs of repair projects.
